Brown’sOn5th.com is dedicated to a memorable shopping experience.  Therefore, we have made returns and exchanges for shoes and sandals as simple as possible.
 
Refunds/Exchanges/Defective Merchandise.
Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, minus shipping and handling. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're returning.  All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase.  Please allow up to seven days after receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.  Please contact our customer service department if you are not happy with the way your shoes feel or are wearing.  We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do what we can to ensure this.
